The Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research (The Donnelly Centre) houses 7 meeting rooms of varying capacities, as well as a large central atrium. The Donnelly Centre is located at 160 College Street, adjacent to the Medical Sciences Building, the FitzGerald Building and the Rosebrugh Building (For a map, please click here )
The Donnelly meeting rooms are mandated for use by members of the Donnelly Centre and for programs sponsored or co-sponsored by the Centre. The Donnelly Centre reserves the right to determine the suitable use of the meeting rooms, to cancel reservations with as much notice as possible, to assess rental fees if appropriate, and to review, update or change this policy as it pertains to the rooms’ usage without liability.
SEMINAR ROOMS
The Black Seminar Room and the White Seminar Room:
The Black Seminar Room and the White Seminar Room are appropriate for groups of up to 20 people. Each room has a projection screen, although they do not have computer projectors stored in the room. Depending on availability, projectors may be reserved for use in the Black and White Seminar Rooms.
The rate for these rooms is $75/hour plus HST

The James Friesen and Cecil Yip Red Seminar Room:
The James Friesen and Cecil Yip Red Seminar Room is ideally suited for seminars, with seating for approximately 90 people. The room can also be partitioned for two groups and has a projection screen, as well as a ceiling mounted computer projector. The remote control and other necessary items are available in the Administrative Office (Room 230).
The rate for this room is $100/hour plus HST
